PROJECT MANAGER
Point of contact for clients regarding all issues related to the project.
Support the Project Supervisor in sourcing and scheduling all deliveries to the site exactly when they need it.
Organize job folder to properly track the job in order to finish on time and on budget, keep track of the submittal log from start to finish of the project.
Responsible for keeping a constant open dialogue with the project supervisor to understand day-to-day operations in the field.
PROJECT SUPERVISIOR
In charge of all on-site logistics and coordination of manpower to ensure timely and proper tactical order of operations.
Must maintain constant, open dialogue with the project manager for all coordination efforts.
